Pullman Campus

Welcome to Pullman Center

We are pleased you are curious about us and interested in fulfilling your educational goals at our Center. We are currently open to the public Monday-Friday, 8-4 pm.  You can also meet with us by phone, chat, and email.

The Pullman Center offers a small-town experience combined with the excitement and diversity of a large university. Even though the WSU campus might seem pretty big, our class sizes are small, and we can provide great individual support to our students.

We serve students earning college credits for individual courses, pursuing an associate of arts or business (AA) or business transfer degree (BTD), first-year completion of the biological and environmental sciences, and Running Start for WA high school juniors and seniors. We also offer English as a Second Language, High School Diploma (HS+) and GED® programs.

The partnership with WSU offers our students transfer counseling and puts students on a path to seamless transfer to a four-year WSU degree. Search Pullman Class Options or Online Classes

Valda BlackCongratulations to Valda Black, who won a National Science Foundation (NSF) Dissertation Improvement Grant. She previously received a grant from the National Geographic Society to support her research on changes to community structure and kinship during the Late Intermediate Period due to Inca influence in Andahuaylas, Peru. Black teaches various courses in anthropology at the CCS Pullman Center.

We are excited about a new service agreement between CCS and WSU, which gives SFCC Pullman students in need access to the excellent food pantry managed by WSU’s Center for Civic Engagement. We are deeply grateful for the support and collaboration of our WSU colleagues, Ben Calabretta, Merri Lecoq, Jessica Perone, and Natalie Reynolds, who made this agreement possible.

We are thankful for the expertise and enthusiasm of Ana Maria Kodama and Geri Winters, academic advising colleagues at WSU. They joined our fall quarter SFCC2WSU transfer admission event for SFCC students hosted by Pullman Center advisor Dr. Mateja LonĨar on November 8. Ana Maria and Geri made the journey to WSU clear and exciting for our students.
